Troubleshooting: TMT Errors/Certification Issues

Introduction:

While accessing a task via TMT in Oracle, the following error may appear: "Warning - Our records do not indicate the correct certifications for this task" 

Instructions:

All TMT issues should be referred to LaRae - Training.Admin@DoverFS.net -  as she is the TMT Admin and will be most likely to resolve issues, or know about current issues within the LMS system.
