When attempting to log in to Dover's SSO at www.doverfuelingsolutions.com/login, the user is unable to log in, as username password are not found. This may be due to some slightly confusing layout on the website itself.
The correct option on the website to log in to the Dover Extranet (and thereby, Oracle, if access has been granted) is through this option:
However, many users remember when Dover Fueling Solutions as Wayne Fueling, and the terminology for that log in was the Wayne Portal. On the login page, there is another option, further down, that some users try to log in to thinking this is the same option:
However, this option will not work, as it is used by authorized personnel in another region.
