Introduction:
When logging into the Oracle through the Dover Extranet, you are given the error, "Authentication failed", see below:
Instructions:
Typically this means the user's account has not been set up in SSO for Oracle access yet. Check SSO Request form and their account in Oracle to see if they are SSO enabled, and check with the user to make sure they are accessing Oracle through the appropriate site. If the user's password section in Oracle is greyed out, they are SSO enabled and will only be able to go through the Extranet, if it is not, they are NOT SSO enabled and will have to go through the legacy Oracle page.
