When logging into the Dover Extranet, you are given two options for logging in. One is your regular work domain, the other is a similar domain, but it ends with "email@example.com".
The Dover Extranet creates a unique login account in Azure for login to Dover's secure SSO system. This account has an appended domain, "firstname.lastname@example.org".
- If you attempt to log in to the Dover Extranet with your standard MS account, you will get a "User not found" error, since that is not listed in our systems.
- It's always better to use an incognito browser to remove your work domain account, and allow your computer to log in to Dover's system without it interfering.
