Troubleshooting: Two accounts showing when logging in to Dover Extranet

Introduction:

When logging into the Dover Extranet, you are given two options for logging in. One is your regular work domain, the other is a similar domain, but it ends with "_companydomain.com_@as.doverfs.net". 

Instructions:

The Dover Extranet creates a unique login account in Azure for login to Dover's secure SSO system. This account has an appended domain, "_@as.doverfs.net".

1. If you attempt to log in to the Dover Extranet with your standard MS account, you will get a "User not found" error, since that is not listed in our systems.
2. It's always better to use an incognito browser to remove your work domain account, and allow your computer to log in to Dover's system without it interfering.
3. If you have used an incognito browser, and are selecting the appropriate log in and are still having login issues, please contact your Dover representative for next steps and issue resolution.
