Clear the browser Cache on Chrome Browser
Step 1: Open the chrome browser.
Step 2: Login to isense with valid credentials.
Step 3: Click on the top right corner (3 Vertical Dots)->More tools->Clear browsing data.
Step 4: Settings tab will open.
Step 5: Click on Advance Tab->Select Time Range (All time).
Step 6: Select the following options.
- Browsing History
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Autofill form data
Note: Refer the above screenshot.
Step 7: Click on the Clear data button.
Step 8: Now launch the chrome browser and login to the iSense application with valid credentials.
Note: All the chrome browser cookies will be cleared as per the above steps
Clear the browser Cache on Firefox Browser
Step 1: Open the Firefox browser.
Step 2: Login to iSense with valid credentials.
Step 3: Click on the History menu->Clear Recent History.
Step 4: Clear All History Pop Up Window will be displayed.
Step 5: Select “Everything” under “Time range to clear” drop down.
Step 6: Check all the below listed check boxes.
History:
- Browsing & Download History
- Active Logins
- Form & Search History
- Cookies
- Cache
Data:
- Site Preferences
- Offline Website Data
Note: Please refer the below screenshot.
Step 7: Click Ok.
Step 8: Now launch the Firefox browser and login to the iSense application with valid credentials.
Note: All the Firefox browser cookies will be cleared as per the above steps.
Clear the browser Cache on Microsoft Edge Browser
Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
Step 2: Login to iSense with valid credentials.
Step 3: Click on the top right corner (3 Horizontal Dots)->History->Clear browsing data.
Step 4: Setting tab will open.
Step 5: Select “All time” under “Time Range” drop down.
Step 6: Check all the below check boxes.
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Passwords
- Autofill form data (includes forms and cards)
- Site permissions
- Hosted app data
- All data from the previous version of Microsoft Edge
Step 7: Click on “Clear now” button.
Step 8: Now launch the Microsoft Edge browser and login to the iSense application with valid credentials.
Note: All the Microsoft Edge browser cookies will be cleared as per the above steps.
