How to Sign-up to view additional Knowledge Base articles

The Knowledge Base has several different articles including some that are open to the general public and some that require signing in for different levels of access.  In order to get access to additional KB articles, you would need to register by selecting the sign in button at the top right of the home screen https://support.doverfs.com/hc/en-us 

The first time you will need to select the Sign up link.

Enter your information including:

• Your name
• Your email address.  Using an email with a Company Domain name may bring up Company specific Knowledge Base articles. 
• You will receive an email with a link to create a password
