Troubleshooting: "Selected site ID is being used by another process" PhoenixSQLLite error during card update

Symptoms:
When attempting to do a card update in PhoenixSQLlite, you may run into this error, "selected site ID is being used by another process"

Environment:

PhoenixSQLLite

Cause:

You will only see this error if there were any interruptions or errors on the previous card update, so it's stuck on a previous update, and that is preventing future updates. This will need to be cleared

Resolution:

1. Click on the cards icon on the left
2. Click on Card Utilities
3. Select History or Status
   • activity: card update, site: select site
4. Select Card update from the drop down in Activity
5. Select the troubled site, if you have multiple sites
6. Click on the clear button to clear the history
7. You can now go back and update your cards without any trouble
