How to: Save log files for V16Q3.1 or later

Instructions for saving log files to your PC for V16Q3.1 or later

Instructions:

1. Connect your computer to the gauge

2. Log in as an administrator or a technician

3. Click Settings

4. Click Utilities

5. Click Logfiles

   NOTE: Logs will open in another tab or browser window.

6. Select the type of log to retrieve (System, LLD, or SLD).

   NOTE: After you make a selection a list of available logs will display.

7. Select the log you wish to retrieve by clicking “Select”.

8. Select the log again by clicking the button on the right side of the screen.

   NOTE: The log will open in the browser.

   NOTE: If you select a log file other than “System” such as “System1” you will be automatically prompted to save the file on your PC.

9. Click File then Save As.

10. Select the location to save the file and click save.

    The file is now saved at the location specified.

11. Click the “Return” button and select “Yes” to exit the log files utility.
