What does my DFS Edge Intelligent IoT Platform look like?
The DFS Edge device is a small black box, measuring 12 cm x 12 cm x 2.5 cm.

It is imperative that this device remains on and connected at all times. Please do not disconnect under any circumstances unless instructed by an authorized technician at Dover Fueling Solutions.
Reboot instructions
If your DFS Edge device is not working, please perform a 10 minute reboot.

Hold down the power button for 7-10 seconds until the base LED light turns off.

Unplug the power cable.

Switch off the power socket at the wall if possible.

Leave the DFS Edge device disconnected for 10 minutes.

Reconnect the power supply and switch on the mains power, if applicable.

Check the stock readings from the point-of-sale (POS) match those from the automatic tank gauge (ATG) console.

Please note: the DFS Edge device may take up to 5 minutes to re-establish its connection.
