Introduction
Use the following instructions to help locate and powercycle your Edge Microgate
Your site may have a different model of Edge that will have different outside covering and DFS Labels.
Edge Location(s)
Site may have a Wall Setup, Under Counter Setup, or variation of both (see pictures below)
Alternate location: office area or located near the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Modem
Edge Verification
Verify Power on the Edge Microgate (Blue LED is located opposite side of the Power Button)
If Blue LED is OFF then Power ON the unit by pressing the Power Button (Blue LED will illuminate)
If Edge Microgate will not Power ON, trouble shoot the Power Issue
Check outlet power > Replace Power brick and/or cord (if available) > Replace Edge (Contact ASO)
(DFS Devices require a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) or Surge Protected power strip)
Edge Powercycle
Microgate only controls DX Solutions a Powercycle will not interrupt Fuel Operations
P/N WU019240-0003 - Hold the power button down until the Blue LED goes OFF (See Above)
Wait 30 secs and Press POWER button (Blue LED will Illuminate)
P/N WU019240-0004 - Press the power button to turn OFF the Edge (See Below)
Powercyle the Microgate by holding the POWER button down until the Blue light goes Off
Wait 30 secs and Press POWER button to power back on (Blue LED will Illuminate)
