Only one side dispensing on high speed

Symptoms:

One side of the dispenser is fueling properly, but the second side has no flow

Environment:

• No Error codes
• Not a new install
• Nozzle and hanging hardware have been checked
• Master and satellite are both down

Cause: (optional as it may be unknown)

• Possible bad valve or debris
• Locked Meter

Resolution:

1. Check nozzle and hanging hardware
2. Check for locked meter
   1. Possible visual way to determine a locked (unable to spin) meter is fuel tricking out of the nozzle after the dispenser has reset to zeros. Fuel does flow out from the master and out to the satellite.
   2. Old trick to loosen the meter is to hit it with a rubber mallet while there is pressure behind the meter.
